The Coven's Pledge on Intentional Treasures

Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our ritual apparel and intentional treasures, we do not keep inventory. Every piece is specifically crafted for you the moment your order is placed. We believe in intentional investing over fleeting trends.

1. No Buyer's Remorse or Sizing Exchanges

As each item is uniquely created, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of simple buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or issues arising from incorrect size or product choice.

Crucial Note on Sizing: To ensure a perfect fit for your intentional treasure, please consult the size chart provided on the product description page before placing your order. We cannot offer exchanges if an incorrect size was ordered.

2. Policy Exceptions (Where We Make Magic Right)

We take full responsibility for any errors that occur during the crafting and fulfillment process. If you encounter one of the following rare issues, please Contact The Coven immediately.

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged (e.g., fabric tears, print errors, faulty seams) or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Solution: Send a clear photo of the defect to orders@nightshadeblossoms.com. We will arrange for a free replacement to be produced and shipped to you immediately. You will not need to return the original defective item.

B. Wrong Item Received

If the wrong product, color, or size was sent due to a fulfillment error, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Solution: Send a photo of the incorrect item. We will cover the cost of creating and shipping the correct replacement piece at no charge to you.

3. Order Cancellations and Address Changes

Because our items are sent to production within 2 hours of your order being placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to your shipping address after this time frame.
